When delving into the realm of content creation, three pivotal elements come to the forefront: “perplexity,” “burstiness,” and “predictability.” Perplexity, at its essence, gauges the intricate nature of the text. On a separate note, burstiness scrutinizes the ebbs and flows of sentence structures, accentuating the need for diversity. Lastly, predictability becomes a focal point as it revolves around the reader’s ability to anticipate the subsequent sentences. The human touch often weaves intricate sentences with a tapestry of both complexity and brevity, creating a harmonious contrast. In contrast, AI-generated sentences tend to maintain a consistent cadence. Hence, as we embark on the journey of crafting the ensuing content, it’s imperative to infuse it with a generous dose of perplexity and burstiness while steering clear of predictability. The medium of communication shall be English. Now, let’s reimagine the following narrative...

Web3 startup innovation - Demo Day with Cointelegraph Accelerator, Animoca Brands, Cipholio and Brinc

Image
Cointelegraph Accelerator, Animoca Brands, Cipholio and Brinc will host a Demo Day to introduce seven promising Web3 projects to investors. As numerous Web3 events have reiterated since early 2022, bear markets are ideal times for building. Triggered by the Terra ecosystem crash in May 2022 and aptly named as “crypto winter” following the FTX collapse in November, the current bear market saw the crypto market cap shrinking from $3 trillion to below $1 trillion. While the year-long bear market tore off a good chunk of the market cap, it also presented an opportunity for new ideas to flourish as the industry’s focus shifted from price volatility to innovation . Unfazed by the market conditions, the Web3 ecosystem has continued to build around fresh concepts to prevent the same crashes from happening again and also to find new ways for users to interact with decentralized digital realities. Monthly active developer count since Bitcoin was launched compared to when Ethereum and its smart ...

The impact of the Credit Suisse bank crisis on the crypto market

Cointelegraph analyst and writer Marcel Pechman explains how the Credit Suisse bank crisis will impact the crypto market. The show Macro Markets, hosted by Marcel Pechman, which airs every Friday at 12 pm ET on the Cointelegraph Markets & Research YouTube channel, explains complex concepts in layman’s terms and focuses on the cause and effect of traditional financial events on day-to-day crypto activity. In today’s episode, crypto analyst Pechman discusses how to analyze banks — importantly, how to avoid the erroneous market capitalization indicator, which had a $15.8-billion value for the defunct Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). The enterprise value (EV) metric provides a much better picture of a bank’s balance sheet terms by subtracting net debt from market cap. Of course, Pechman first explains the relationship between Banking valuation and crypto currencies, specifically Bitcoin’s (BTC) ethos. The video explores the 2018 denial of The Narrow Bank’s application, a bank that would...
